Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by A-Solutions, including but not limited to IT support, maintenance contracts, hardware repairs, project deployments, and related professional services. By engaging A-Solutions, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated periodically at A-Solutions’ discretion.
Service Engagement
Engagement of services must be confirmed in writing. A-Solutions reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. Service delivery is subject to site readiness, client cooperation, and availability of parts and personnel. Any changes to scope or delays caused by the client may result in revised pricing or delivery timelines
Service Levels and Deliverables
Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where applicable, will be defined in project-specific documentation. A-Solutions strives to meet or exceed agreed-upon response and resolution times, subject to operational constraints and availability.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe and secure access to sites, provide accurate information about technical environments, and sign off on completed work. Any required infrastructure (e.g., power, network, workspace) must be available prior to technician arrival. Clients are responsible for data backups before any intervention unless otherwise contracted.
Warranties and Repairs
A-Solutions supports manufacturer warranties and may act as a warranty service provider on behalf of OEMs. Warranty terms will follow the OEM’s specific guidelines. Any physical damage, misuse, or third-party tampering may void the warranty.
Billing and Payments
Invoices are issued according to the agreed payment terms and are payable within the specified period. Delays in payment may result in interest charges, service suspension, or withholding of deliverables. Travel costs, accommodation, or other disbursements may be billed separately where applicable.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
A-Solutions shall treat all client information as confidential and shall comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other relevant laws. Clients must likewise treat A-Solutions’ proprietary information with the same level of confidentiality.
Liability and Indemnity
A-Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to lost data or business interruption. Clients agree to indemnify and hold A-Solutions harmless against any claims or damages arising from client misuse, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any notice periods or penalties defined in specific contracts. All outstanding payments for work performed up to termination shall remain due and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from service engagements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
