IT Delivery Manager: 3-month contract
Location: Cape Town
Required skills:
- Experience as IT Delivery Manager, IT Demand Manager and(or) Senior Business Analyst on behalf of internal customers is key for this position
- Strong track record in system project management, business analysis, and/or business process blueprinting and engineering
- Certificates or Diplomas in Project Management, Business Analysis
- Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when required
- Able to manage client expectations
- Close contact with customers (key users, management) must be evident from previous experience
