Interactive Development Lecturer – Permanent Position
Location: Based in Midrand/Centurion/Pretoria
Requirements:
– Minimum qualification: NQF Level 8 or higher – in the field of Computer Science, Software Development or related fields
– Minimum 3 years lecturing experience
– A portfolio featuring examples of development work.
Required Competencies (Knowledge and Skills):
The required knowledge and skills include, but are not limited to, the following:
Web development:
– Object-Oriented Programming
– MongoDB, Node.js and Express.js
– React.js, Angular or Vue.js (Only one required)
– REST API’s Implementation & JSON
– Data Visualisation using frameworks like three.js, chart.js, Google Charts or similar
– PHP & MySql
– Heroku, Digital Ocean or Docker (Only one required)
– Unit Testing
– SEO & General Optimization
– Arduino IDE & C++
